Who these cover

  • These terms cover anchorframe.com, hvacowners.com, the free website, and the 4-week test.
  • If you sign a written agreement with us, that agreement governs the work. Where it and this page differ, the agreement wins.

The 4-week test

  • A $500 test, paid up front, where we text your old quotes and past customers for you, in your shop's name, for 4 weeks from the first message.
  • Nothing starts and nothing is charged until you say yes and sign the agreement. A sales call is just a call.
  • The Keep Fishing Guarantee: if your list doesn't put a booked in-home appointment on your calendar within 4 weeks of the first message, you pick: your $500 back, or we keep working it for free for up to 4 more weeks. If it books but the jobs you close from it haven't made back your $500, we keep working it for free for up to 4 more weeks. The exact terms, including the list you provide, are in the agreement you sign.
  • After the 4 weeks, nothing keeps running and nothing more is billed unless you agree to it in writing.

The free website

  • We build you a website at no charge and host it at no charge.
  • You supply the domain name. A domain costs roughly $12 a year, you buy it in your own name, and you own it. We are not paid for it and we do not hold it.
  • The free tier is the site as built. It does not include ongoing changes, maintenance, SEO work or a CRM. Those are paid and optional, and we will tell you the price before you agree to anything.

What the free website costs

  • The build: nothing.
  • The hosting: nothing.
  • Your domain: about $12 a year, paid to your registrar, not to us.
  • No card is required and there is no contract to cancel.

Your content

  • You keep ownership of everything you send us: photos, logo, copy, reviews. You give us permission to use it to build and run your site.
  • You confirm you have the right to use what you send. Do not send us photos of work that is not yours.

Accuracy

  • We build from what you tell us and what is publicly listed about your business. We do not invent services, licences, response times or review counts. If something on your site is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Stopping

  • You can stop at any time. Ask and we will hand over the files and take the site down, or point your domain wherever you want it.
  • We may stop hosting a site with reasonable notice, and if we do we will hand you the files.

What we don't promise

  • A website on its own is not a promise of leads, rankings or revenue, and nobody can promise a #1 spot on Google. The only guarantee we make is the Keep Fishing Guarantee on the 4-week test, as written above and in your agreement.
  • The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.

Messages

  • Texts are covered by our privacy policy. Reply STOP to end them at any time.
