Anchor Frame (“we”, “us”) builds websites for local service businesses. This policy covers what we collect through this site and our text messages, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your mobile number, when you enter it to have your site texted to you.
  • Business information you send us, by text or email: services, service area, hours, photos, logo, licence numbers.
  • Publicly available business information we may have found before contacting you, such as your business name, city, phone number and website.
  • Basic usage data, such as which template you selected and the pages you viewed, so we know what to build.

Why we collect it

  • To build and deliver the website you asked for.
  • To text you about that site and reply when you text back.
  • To improve which templates and copy we offer.

Text messages

  • We text you only after you check the consent box and give us your number. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help, or email us at theanchorframe@gmail.com.
  • We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, and only to deliver them.

Who else sees your data

  • Our hosting, database and messaging providers, purely so the service runs.
  • Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.
  • Nobody else. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

  • While we are building or hosting your site, and afterwards only as long as needed for records. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we must keep proof of messaging consent.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to end texts.
  • Email theanchorframe@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
  • Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information. Email us and we will honour them.

Children

  • This service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

  • If this policy changes we will update the date at the top.
